  • Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are available.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis, providing management with key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast-paced environment with relocation costs covered by employer.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical demands of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.Work Hours:

32 to 40 hours per week.
