Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Ritz Cafe & Motor Inn. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment:

The Ritz Cafe & Motor Inn is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to work in a team environment and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
