Human Resources Coordinator

Punjab Street Bar & Grill Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As an HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our human resources functions.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Consultation and Support
Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Information CoordinationCoordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Budget Planning and ControlPlan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Policies and ProceduresEstablish and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Recruitment StrategiesPlan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Contract ManagementManage contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Reporting and AnalysisOversee the preparation of reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Office AdministrationOrder office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
Payroll AdministrationOversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
Digital Database ManagementMaintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
BookkeepingPerform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Attention to Detail
Ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Repetitive TasksAbility to perform repetitive tasks with minimal supervision.
