Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at JS SIDHU DRYWALL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production and various reports, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Resource Management: Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and management of workers, as well as the ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Cost Estimation: Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and forecasting.
  • Training and Development: Oversee apprenticeship training and development programs, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction management or a related field
