Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee our projects at Planet Wood Exteriors Ltd. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and estimate project costs and necessary materials.
  • Compile production reports and other documentation.
  • Organize and schedule project activities efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other supervisors or managers to coordinate work.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Develop strategies to meet project timelines.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
  • Order materials and supplies as needed.
  • Supervise workforce and manage project execution.
  • Provide training or arrange for the training of staff.
Supervisory Scope

This position involves supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Industry Experience

Experience in the construction industry is essential.

Work Environment
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
