Position Overview

The role of the Construction Site Supervisor at Rex Stucco Ltd involves overseeing various construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years to less than 3 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Prepare production reports and other relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate work activities with other supervisors or project managers.
  • Establish effective methods to meet work schedules.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Requisition necessary materials and supplies.
  • Supervise construction workers and oversee project progress.
  • Provide training or arrange for training of staff as needed.

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 personnel.
