About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Super Fine Drywall Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, including the preparation of production and other reports, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Staffing and Training: Recruit, hire, and train construction workers, as well as arrange for training and development opportunities to enhance their skills.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that a safe working environment is maintained at all times.
  • Materials and Equipment: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
  • Work Environment: Noisy and dusty work site environment.
  • Work Setting: Construction site.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
