**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assign sales workers to duties to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize sales potential
* Authorize payments by cheque to ensure timely and accurate payment processing
* Order merchandise to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store environment
* Authorize return of merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive store reputation
* Sell merchandise to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience
* Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, in a timely and professional manner
* Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize productivity

**Supervision:**

* Supervise 1 to 2 people
* Supervise 3-4 people
* Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
