Job Title: Mental Health Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Worker to join our team at JAZ Community Support Limited. As a Mental Health Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health disabilities, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to clients, assisting them with daily tasks, and helping them to develop life skills. You will work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to clients with mental health disabilities
  • Assist clients with daily tasks, such as household chores and meal preparation
  • Help clients develop life skills, such as budgeting and time management
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive the best possible care and support
  • Document client progress and provide regular updates to our team
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience working with individuals with mental health disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
  • First Aid and CPR certification
