Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at Tulsi Enterprise Inc.- Tim Hortons. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our electrical appliances and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough electrical tests using specialized equipment to diagnose faults and identify areas for improvement.
  • Repair and maintain electrical appliances and components, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and safety.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, advising clients on work performed and the condition of their equipment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our maintenance processes.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Dependability, organization, and a client-focused approach are essential for success in this role.
Work Environment
