About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at FIX IT RIGHT APPLIANCE REPAIR. As an Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical appliances and components, as well as providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Electrical Appliances: Conduct voltage, resistance, and other tests using electrical test equipment to diagnose faults and repair electrical appliances and components.
  • Prepare Written Estimates: Prepare written estimates of repair costs for customers.
  • Plan Service Routes: Plan service routes to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Refer to Schematic Drawings: Refer to schematic drawings or product manuals to repair parts and diagnose faults.
  • Advise Customers: Advise customers on work performed and the condition of equipment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Language Skills: Russian and Hebrew language skills an asset.
  • Work Setting: Willing to work in on-site customer service, rural, and urban areas.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, handling heavy loads, standing for extended periods, and ability to distinguish between colors.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in appliance repair.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, willing to work in various locations.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, initiative, and team player.
