Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Appliance Service Technician to join our team at FIX IT RIGHT APPLIANCE REPAIR. This role involves providing exceptional service to our clients by diagnosing and repairing a variety of electrical appliances.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in appliance repair.
Languages
  • Proficiency in Russian and Hebrew is an asset.
Work Environment
  • On-site customer service in both rural and urban settings.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations.
  • Relocation costs are not covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct tests such as voltage and resistance using electrical testing equipment.
  • Prepare detailed estimates for repair costs.
  • Plan efficient service routes.
  • Refer to schematics and product manuals for repairs.
  • Diagnose faults with testing devices.
  • Repair and replace faulty electrical appliances and components.
  • Advise customers on the condition of their equipment and work performed.
  • Utilize specialized diagnostic tools for repairs and adjustments.
Equipment Experience
  • Experience with air conditioning systems, large household appliances, and small appliances.
  • Familiarity with electrical garden and lawn equipment.
  • Proficient in using power tools.
Transportation Requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and heavy loads.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and performing bending, crouching, and kneeling.
