Administrative Assistant Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at ASDIN HOSPITALITY LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our hospitality team, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, motel, and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Support the HR department in achieving organizational goals
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Provide administrative and office support
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 37.5 hours per week
