Executive Chef

Brynn Catering is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of food for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Culinary Leadership: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food preparation and service.
- Food Safety: Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Inventory Management: Manage kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure efficient operations.
- Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that their culinary expectations are met.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate, Cook Red Seal Certificate, and Food Safety Certificate.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
