About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Brynn Catering. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and presentation techniques.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure that all necessary ingredients and equipment are available.
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to develop new business opportunities and menus.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and maintained in the kitchen.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Safe Food Handling certificate.
  • Cook Red Seal Certificate.
  • Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
