Job Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team at Nurse Next Door. As a home care specialist, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Execute client care plans as outlined by the Care Designer
  • Provide delegations of task or other training to a care team
  • Assess client needs and report back to Care Designer with recommendations on complex care plans
  • Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

Nursing tasks include medication administration, wound care, head-to-toe assessment, vital signs, pain assessment, liaising with physicians, and diabetic management.

Requirements
  • Valid LPN license
  • Negative TB test
  • Valid First Aid/CPR
  • Clear Criminal Record Check
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
  • Comfortable with mobile apps
