Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role at Fraser Health Authority is a dynamic and challenging position that requires a high level of skill and expertise. Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans

  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
