We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Nurse Next Door. As a LPN, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for executing client care plans, providing delegations of task or training to care teams, and assessing client needs. You will also be required to complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly, and meet the safety needs of clients while using equipment safely and properly.

Responsibilities
  • Execute client care plans as outlined by the Care Designer
  • Provide delegations of task or training to care teams
  • Assess client needs and report back to Care Designer
  • Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
  • Meet the safety needs of clients while using equipment safely and properly
Requirements
  • Valid LPN License
  • Driver's license and a vehicle is an asset but not a requirement
  • Negative TB Test
  • Valid First Aide/CPR
  • Clear Criminal Record Check
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
