Chief Administrative Officer Opportunity at Hamilton Health Sciences

Hamilton Health Sciences is seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Chief Administrative Officer. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for strategically planning and directing the overall management of HHS' finances and corporate affairs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies and budgetary plans to ensure alignment with the CEO, Board of Directors, and broader senior leadership team.
  • Champion continuous quality improvement and care transformation across the health system.
  • Oversee all corporate and administrative functions, including finance, capital development, procurement, health information technology services, legal and privacy affairs, and environmental services.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in business or health administration.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in large, complex healthcare organizations.
