Drywall Installation Supervisor Job Description

Taj Drywall Ltd. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to oversee the installation of drywall in various construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in drywall installation and experience in supervising teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Production Reports: The Drywall Installation Supervisor will be responsible for preparing production reports to track the progress of drywall installation projects.
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: The supervisor will oversee a team of drywall installers and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and Schedule Activities: The Drywall Installation Supervisor will coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that drywall installation projects are completed efficiently.
  • Recruit and Hire Workers: The supervisor will be responsible for recruiting and hiring drywall installers and carrying out related staffing actions.
  • Train or Arrange for Training: The Drywall Installation Supervisor will ensure that drywall installers receive the necessary training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Set Up Machines and Equipment: The supervisor will set up machines and equipment to ensure that drywall installation projects are completed efficiently.
  • Estimate Costs and Materials: The Drywall Installation Supervisor will estimate costs and materials required for drywall installation projects.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: The supervisor will ensure that health and safety regulations are followed during drywall installation projects.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: The Drywall Installation Supervisor will recommend personnel actions to management.
  • Requisition or Order Materials: The supervisor will requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies required for drywall installation projects.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 hours per week
