Drywall Installation Supervisor Job Description

NBS STEEL FRAMING & DRYWALL LTD. is seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and schedule drywall installation activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Oversee the training and development of drywall installation apprentices to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Recruit, hire, and manage a team of drywall installers to meet project demands.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve drywall installation skills and efficiency.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for drywall installation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Recommend personnel actions to ensure a high-performing team.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in drywall installation and supervision.
  • Permanent position with 40 hours of work per week.
  • Fluency in English.
