About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at TAJ DRYWALL LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise a team of drywall installers to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
    • Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and schedule drywall installation activities to meet project deadlines.
    • Ensure all necessary materials and equipment are available for the project.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure all team members follow health and safety regulations and guidelines.
    • Identify and mitigate potential hazards on the construction site.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and team performance.
    • Manage and maintain accurate records of project activities and team member hours.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drywall installation or a related field.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours
    • 35 hours per week.
