Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Systems Analyst - Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in determining operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information. You will evaluate output requirements and formats to design new computer programs that meet the needs of the organization.

You will analyze requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams, and study system capabilities to write specifications. Additionally, you will improve systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.

Recommending controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures is also a key aspect of this role. You will define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, and form a project team to establish a project budget.

Monitoring project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions is essential to the success of this role.

You will maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures and provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users.

Maintaining user confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential is also a critical responsibility.

Preparation of technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends is also a key aspect of this role.

Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies is essential to staying up-to-date in this field.

This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms and their functionalities, as well as experience with planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field is required for this role.
