Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, cash flow modeling, and reporting.
  • Oversee and execute HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and annual reviews.
  • Own and execute accounting, financial services, banking, and payroll processes, including invoicing and expenses.
  • Manage key communication and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Take on other administrative tasks, projects, and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • ~ 3+ years of experience in finance and HR or operations at a technology company or growing small business environment.
  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting with automated financial reporting.
  • Strong MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PPT) skills.
