Senior Manager, Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Technology to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our technology risk management efforts and ensuring that our systems and processes are aligned with our risk management framework.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the development and maintenance of application lifecycle plans to align with our fraud technology roadmap.
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and vendors to support fraud operations technology systems and ensure issues are clearly communicated.
- Drive and manage governance environment, controls, change management, production implementation, compliance to OCISO, Risk, and regulatory control standards, audit management, and business continuity.
- Own, identify, manage, measure, and monitor current and emerging risks in day-to-day activities, operations, products, and services.
- 5-7+ years' experience in Governance, Risk and Controls.
- Demonstrated people management experience.
- CISSP, CSAM, and COBIT or Relevant experience in a technology operations or application management role.
- Strong background in reporting automation.
