About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at KIJOSA INVESTMENT CORP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Order supplies and equipment, managing inventory and records to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
