About the Role
At BGIS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our clients, ensuring that our organization's HR policies and procedures are aligned with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR guidance and advice to management and team members on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall HR performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goals.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, reports, and analytics.
- Stay up-to-date with changing HR laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance with all relevant HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices, including employment standards, labor relations, and benefits.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
