Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Tech Digital. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR guidance and support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Full cycle recruitment, training, and orientation
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, AODA, and other HR policies as required
- Payroll processing and pension administration
- Manage Health and Safety programs and related training
- Assist with annual performance reviews and planning company events
- General HR administration, including employee records and absence tracking
- Post-secondary diploma/degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, and at least 3 years of HR experience
- Solid computer knowledge, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Manufacturing and payroll experience are assets
- UKG Pro and Dimensions experience seen as an asset
- Certified JHSC member and First Aid/CPR certifications are assets
