Position Overview

The role of a Food Production Worker involves various tasks essential for the efficient operation of our bakery. This position requires individuals who are dedicated to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

No formal education, certificate, or diploma is necessary for this position.

Work Environment

The work setting is primarily within a bakery, where team members collaborate to produce quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize food safety and handling skills to ensure product integrity.
  • Transport raw ingredients, finished products, and packaging materials as needed.
  • Operate machinery by feeding flattened boxes into forming machines to create containers.
  • Remove filled containers from conveyor systems efficiently.
  • Assist in feeding and unloading processing machines.
  • Conduct basic quality checks on products and packaging.
  • Support process control and machine operators in their daily tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness of machines and work areas.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
  • Engage in repetitive tasks requiring manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail while performing duties.
  • Be prepared for physical demands, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Work under pressure and manage overtime as required.
