About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at LCK Immigration Consulting. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
    • Develop and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Project Coordination
    • Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, including planning, organizing, and executing tasks.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
    • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze reports on office operations, including metrics on productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a project coordination or management capacity.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
