HR Process Design Specialist

Job Description

TC Transcontinental is seeking a highly skilled HR Process Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in defining and deploying our HR systems strategy, including a multi-year technological roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of various systems enhancements, including Peoplesoft, Kronos, and other relevant systems.
  • Partner with the IT Corporate Systems Team to prioritize HR system requests based on business needs and legislative requirements.
  • Lead data governance processes and guidelines across the organization to ensure data integrity in all HR systems.
  • Identify issues and impacts relating to data integrity in HR information systems and develop solutions/processes accordingly.
  • Coordinate the deployment of new HR processes/tools in various business units.
  • Work with Centers of Expertise to ensure data consistency.
  • Ensure data privacy is adhered to and access to information is aligned with corporate policy.
  • Provide support to various HR stakeholders in the planning and implementation process of various projects related to HR processes & systems.

Requirements:

  • University degree in HR management focused on business process, systems, and design or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 7+ years relevant experience in HR Information systems, including HR Org Structure Management, Employee Life-cycle, Time & Attendance, Total Compensation, Talent Management or equivalent experience in an HR field.
  • Prior experience in International manufacturing sector, is an asset.
  • Relevant work experience in HR process mapping, design, and deployment.
  • Prior experience working with and supporting HR platforms such as Peoplesoft, Kronos (Time & Attendance), Brassring (ATS), ADP or other similar HR systems.
  • Familiar with the Agile methodology, is an asset.
  • Experience working on successfully delivered project and/or change management initiatives.
