About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Sarita Food Wholesale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team setting.
