About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at tentree, a leading sustainable apparel brand. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design assets that showcase our brand's commitment to environmentalism and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative assets for various mediums, including social media, email, and web assets.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to ideate and execute creative campaigns that align with our brand positioning.
  • Ensure all design work meets our brand guidelines and is consistent with our brand identity.
  • Work efficiently with writers, film, and photo members to develop effective assets for social media.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software, and apply this knowledge to improve our design assets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, either in-house or with an agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Ai, Ps, Id), Figma (or Adobe XD).
  • Strong knowledge of mainstream design principles and effective design for digital and traditional channels.
  • A creative thinker with the ability to collaborate with others on cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in creating effective assets for social media.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the apparel industry in a design capacity.
  • Video and photo editing abilities.
  • Motion design abilities.

A typical hiring range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 CAD per year, with the final salary offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
