Job Title: Senior Brand Design Director - EA Sports FC

Electronic Arts is seeking a highly skilled Senior Brand Design Director to lead the development of the EA Sports FC brand identity across all player touchpoints. As a key member of the EA Sports FC team, you will be responsible for creating world-class integrated brand design systems for the EAS FC franchise from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand design strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design strategy and brand design as an important discipline to ensure a cohesive brand experience across in-game and out-of-game touchpoints.
  • Oversee and execute all marketing campaigns and live services content from a brand design perspective, including digital, motion, experiential, film, retail, social, environmental, and print.
  • Present work and build alignment with senior partners across multiple teams.
  • Lead and direct internal designers and oversee the daily work.
  • Brief and direct external agencies and vendors, keeping large-scale projects on track.
  • Create the EAS FC brand style guide, brief internal and external partner teams on these rules, and ensure consistency and quality benchmarks are met in execution.
  • Interpret creative feedback and data into iterative design, as part of a multi-revision process.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of branding experience as a creative director or design director at a brand or design agency (at least three years of leadership experience managing multiple designers).
  • Understanding of the comprehensive strategic brand design process, design trends, and best practices.
  • Phenomenal branding/design track record—Experience creating for global brands in digital, print, experiential, and environmental channels with experience creating design systems.
  • Will provide clear direction to design teams and to sell through concepts and executions both visually and verbally to individuals at all levels of the company.
  • Work across multiple brand equities and hierarchies and understand how they're interconnected.
  • Excellent hands-on design, typography, and layout skills.
  • Experience with game UI design, 3D, motion design, and photoshoot direction are a huge plus.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • You love football: the game, the culture, the athletes and the stories that surround this incredible and dynamic sport.
  • You have experience in similar global sports.
