About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper to join our team at Jomha Landscaping & Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing various landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for landscaping projects, taking into account client requirements and site conditions.
  • Site Assessment: Conduct thorough site assessments to identify areas for improvement and determine the best course of action for each project.
  • Tree Care: Trim and prune trees to achieve desired objectives, including crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, and espalier pruning.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and manage contracts and tenders for landscaping projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Plant Maintenance: Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, ensuring they are healthy and visually appealing.
  • Tree Removal: Safely remove trees from designated sites, taking into account site conditions and customer requirements.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
