Position Summary
Reporting to the Resident Manager, the Landscaper/ Cleaner is responsible for all cleaning and maintaining related duties within their assigned location(s) within a residential multi-family setting.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Cleaning and maintenance of surrounding areas
- General lawn care including planting, hedging, pruning, weeding
- Snow removal, salting of steps, sidewalks, parking lots and entrances
- Spring and fall clean up
- General maintenance of parking lot, storage room, common areas
- Assist in removing furniture or appliances from the suites when required
- Cleaning of vacant suites to prepare for new tenants
- Moping, sweeping, vacuuming for various surfaces, floor, carpeted or tiled common areas, entrances, laundry rooms
- Make sure all machines and equipment are well maintained
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Experience in ground maintenance and cleaning work
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Able to use various tools and equipment
- Must possess valid BC driver's license and a vehicle
- Must successfully complete a security clearance
- Must be able to communicate effectively and be able to follow direction
- Must be able to work on own and have good time management skills
