We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dispatcher and Resource Coordinator in the HVAC industry. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of operational resources, interacting with customers, and communicating with Field Technician Supervisors and Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate service resources and assign team members to projects based on skill sets and availability.
- Schedule personnel, materials, sub-contractors, and equipment based on project needs.
- Generate Work Order Documents, dispatch technicians, and notify customers.
- Interact with customers, Project Managers, and HVAC Field Technician Supervisors to assign and dispatch tasks.
- Control technicians and HVAC technicians, and coordinate operations with the Parts Department and Acquisition as necessary.
- Review project paperwork, complete calls, and forward project paperwork to Project Administrators.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
- Log service start-up and service work requirements in the job tracking system.
- Generate, interpret, and print various assigned reports.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of Dispatcher experience, coordinating field technicians or service teams.
- Previous customer service experience role.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Salesforce dispatch experience.
- Familiarity with the operation of Energy Management Systems, HVAC Systems, and/or Temperature Controls.
