Key Responsibilities:- Partner with our Wholesaler to drive sales within our specified territory and achieve annual sales targets.
- Prospect, develop client relationships, and initiate sales through phone, virtual meetings, webinars, emails, and client activities.
- Identify and populate information within our CRM in a timely manner, as information and data are primary drivers of business strategy.
- Share ideas and success stories with our Dynamic Sales Team through team meetings, sales collaboration tools, and national sales calls.
- Align with Business Controls and Compliance to maintain sales activities and communication within our guidelines.
- Keep an archive of relevant information pertaining to our products, policies, procedures, and rules for dissemination to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to determine priorities and tasks to be completed.
- Work closely with internal partners to understand information pertaining to IIROC and MFDA firms/dealerships.
- Participate in special projects, departmental, and project group meetings, and share feedback when needed.
- Escalate client issues to RVP's and appropriate departments when needed.
- Work with the Wholesaler to develop a strategic business plan each fiscal year and conduct a quarterly review to ensure benchmarks and goals are aligned.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in a field such as Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CSC or IFIC certification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience within the Financial Services Industry.
- Super collaborator with impeccable communication skills in English and French.
