Job Summary
The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Inside Sales Team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
- Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer acquisition.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
