Job Summary

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading the Inside Sales Team and driving sales growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop sales plans.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
