Retail Store Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10352896 CANADA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Authorize payments and manage cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules and supervise staff
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain store displays and visual merchandising
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales staff
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
