Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10352896 CANADA LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring optimal product placement and visual displays.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Retail business.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
