Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10352896 CANADA LTD.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales workers, authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
