About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 10352896 CANADA LTD. as a key member of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.
    • Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring optimal coverage and productivity.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Authorize payments by cheque, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
    • Order merchandise, maintaining optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
    • Authorize return of merchandise, resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Customer Service and Relations
    • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Team Development and Supervision
    • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
About You

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
