Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage donors, raise awareness, and generate vital funds to support our cause.
- Lead Face-to-Face Fundraising Efforts: Oversee and expand our face-to-face fundraising initiatives, cultivating effective relationships with donors and the community.
- Manage Direct Mail and Telemarketing Campaigns: Develop and execute direct mail and telemarketing strategies to engage donors and maximize fundraising potential.
- Develop and Implement a Strategic Marketing Plan: Create a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with our strategic goals and maximizes fundraising potential.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Develop and track KPIs for each campaign to measure success and inform future marketing initiatives.
- Conduct Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends and donor data to inform marketing decisions and adapt strategies for optimal results.
- Present Campaign Analysis Reports: Provide detailed campaign analysis reports to stakeholders, offering clear and actionable insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with communications, fundraising, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective marketing initiatives.
- Multiple Years of Marketing Experience: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in a non-profit or charitable sector setting.
- Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic marketing plans to drive fundraising results.
- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, including donors, team members, and leadership.
