About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at JLSpecialists HVAC Repair Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on production and maintenance activities
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Technical Guidance
    • Provide technical advice and guidance to maintenance personnel
    • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other teams
  • Materials and Equipment
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Experience and Skills
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced maintenance environment
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and resolve issues
