About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at JLSpecialists HVAC Repair Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our HVAC systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on maintenance activities, including production and quality metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Technical Leadership
    • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance staff.
    • Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Supervision and Coordination
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics, electric appliance servicers and repairers, and construction millwrights.
    • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
  • Materials and Supplies
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner.
Requirements
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Organized and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 kg.
