About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at JLSpecialists HVAC Repair Inc. as a key member of our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit detailed production reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement
    • Conduct regular assessments of maintenance processes and recommend measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Technical Guidance
    • Provide expert technical advice and guidance to maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Team Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the work of refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics, electric appliance servicers and repairers, and construction millwrights.
  • Resource Management
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support maintenance operations.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic Trade Certification.
  • Work Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in mechanical maintenance and HVAC systems.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Language
      • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
