Job Summary

We are seeking a Jr Project Coordinator to join our team at S.i. Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Opex/Capex budgets in SAP and coordinating project management activities for our large telco client.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage Opex/Capex budgets in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Coordinate project management activities, including project planning, execution, and monitoring.
  3. Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide concise updates to the execution teams.
  4. Assist in the development and documentation of new processes and policies.
  5. Facilitate project status and other meetings, ensuring coordination, communication, and control functions are met.
  6. Coordinate the transition of customers from implementation to support, tracking deliverables and obtaining sign-off from all teams.
  7. Generate internal reporting using consistent formats, delivering project, KPI, customer, and other reporting under tight deadlines.
  8. Accountable for the coordination and successful delivery of Customer Orders.
  9. Perform various administrative tasks using SAP, including purchase order creation, requisition administration, and asset management.
Requirements
  1. Attention to detail, with a focus on managing Director OPEX and CAPEX.
  2. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate requirements to execution teams.
  3. Budget management experience, specifically in SAP.
  4. Presentation deck formatting skills.
  5. Previous experience working with data to drive value for the organization.
