About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dspot Dessert Cafe. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dessert cafe, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Leadership: Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Quality Control: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
Work Environment

As a Shift Manager at Dspot Dessert Cafe, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and will be required to stand for extended periods. You will also be expected to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
