Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on financial products and services.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on RBC's products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure RBC remains competitive.

  • Proven track record of success in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal partners.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of RBC's products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
